This is group coaching for those who want to make positive changes in their health and wellness. Maybe you have tried to adopt healthy habits in the past and have not been able to, or maybe you want to make changes but are just not sure how. If you’re not ready to commit to individual coaching this group will be a great place to start. In addition to receiving the same coaching material that we would cover in individual sessions you will also have the benefit of support from other group members who are having or have had the same struggles.
